General Terms and Conditions

Preamble

These conditions are agreed between Destillazores Unipessoal, Ltd, with the tax number 513 521 518, headquartered at Estrada Regional n.º55 Prainha, 9940-068 S.Roque do Pico, with the email address info@destillazores.com, hereinafter referred to as Destillazores Store, and between anyone, singular or collective, who wish to make purchases through the website www.destillazores.com, hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "user".

 

  1. Scope and Object of Conditions

These conditions are intended to define the general conditions of sale established between Loja Destillazores and the Customer, from the act of ordering to the delivery of the goods, and apply to all products available for sale on the Online Store.

By placing your order, the Customer expresses its full and complete acceptance, of the General Conditions of Sale Online, of the prices and products included in the respective transaction.

 

  1. Product Information and Content

Destillazores will do everything possible to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, and will be quickly corrected whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics from those presented online, has the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms. The availability of items is valid within the limit of available stocks.

All price information, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by Destillazores.

Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will only be processed on the following business day.

The order of products must be made by Users aged equal to or older than 18 (eighteen) years old (underage individuals must have authorization from their representatives.). The elements and information transmitted by the User will enjoy full legal effects, acknowledging the User's electronic purchases, he cannot claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.

 

  1. Delivery Modalities

All orders are sent via CTT Registered Mail, until 6pm. Orders will be shipped in a maximum of 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping charges, will be considered and billed only once., in the first shipment, as long as the quantity ordered does not compromise the shipping conditions or exceed the weight limit assigned to each shipping step.

After shipping, a code is automatically assigned (tracking) with each order and will be sent to the email you registered when placing your order.. This code proves the shipment and from which you can follow the status of your order.

We ship orders to the delivery address requested by the customer, in any area covered by the CTT.

  1. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the region and depend on the operating hours of the CTT delivery service, it can take between one and five working days for the national territory, and from two to ten working days for International territory. Detailed information about delivery times on here .

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an acknowledgment of receipt will be left in your mailbox and the shipment will be available for pickup until 5 working days at the CTT store corresponding to your address.

 

  1. Payment

Choose your favorite products and add them to your cart. After finishing click on "View Cart" or on the corresponding symbol in the upper right corner of the online store to complete the purchase and payment order to validate it. Fill in all the necessary data, paying special attention to the delivery address.

The Destillazores Store offers two payment methods:

ATM: when choosing this payment method, Loja Destillazores issues the respective payment references to be used at Multibanco (selecting the Payment for Services option). With simplicity and security, you can then make the payment at any ATM or Home-banking terminal.

Bank transfer: You can pay for your order via bank transfer, the respective data will be displayed at the end of your order..

All purchases made at the Destillazores Store have as a rule payment in advance and in full at the time of purchase.

  1. Prices

All prices shown include the current legal VAT rate, and must be understood in euros.

 

  1. Returns Right of Free Resolution

Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, from 14 of February, the consumer has the right of free termination of this contract.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer has a deadline of 14 days from the day on which the Customer himself or a third party appointed by him acquires physical possession of the goods, to terminate the purchase and sale agreement entered into on the website of Loja Destillazores.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal depends on the following conditions:

  1. a) Return of purchased items in proper condition, inside the original packaging in which they were shipped;
  2. b) In returns, shipping costs will be paid by the customer, with the exception of those in which the Destillazores Store will assume responsibility for the same;
  3. c) The return date to be considered corresponds to the date shown on the stamp of the day the order is delivered for return.

In case of termination of the contract with the return of the items ordered under the aforementioned conditions, Loja Destillazores undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days from the date of knowledge of the decision to terminate the Contract by the Client, of the value corresponding to the price of the(s) product(s) contained in the sales invoice without any charge to the Customer.

When the customer returns the items, in the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price., the product being sent back to the customer.

Shipping costs will be supported by the Customer.

 

  1. Warranties and Manufacturing Defects

You can return the product until 30 days after your reception, as long as the products are as delivered (including the original packaging), i.e., unadulterated / used.

Returns must be made in proper packaging, in order to guarantee the integrity of the returned products, and by registered mail to our address,

 

Products can be exchanged for others of equal value., lower or higher. If the value is lower, Destillazores returns the surplus via bank transfer. If the value is higher, the difference will be billed to the customer.

If the customer does not intend to exchange for another product, Destillazores undertakes to return the value of the order, within the maximum period of 30 working days.

All equipment available in the Store is duly certified by the competent international entities.

Equipment and accessories have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which in legal terms is, not minimal, from 2 (two) years old. This period is considered from the equipment invoice date and can only be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly filled in.

Equipment that has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or has defects caused by abnormal wear are considered outside the warranty conditions, improper installation, severe weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, bad handling, moisture/liquid infiltration, use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.

If the equipment breaks down, and if covered by the warranty, the User can use the same, and proof of purchase and/or warranty, to a brand's technical assistance center.

If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be your responsibility. The User must always request the CTT Receipt that proves the order has been sent.

If the equipment breaks down and this failure is not covered by the warranty, the User can use the same, and proof of purchase, to a brand's technical assistance center.

  1. Responsibility

All items sold on www.destillazores.com are in compliance with Portuguese legislation.

Items sold are described and presented as accurately as possible.. I know, despite all our precautions, errors occur, Loja Destillazores does not assume any responsibility for this fact.. Loja Destillazores is not responsible for any damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, operating system malfunctions or disconnections that may prevent, temporarily, the access, navigation or provision of services to customers.

  1. Intellectual property

The Store is a registered website and the Service provided by the website itself is the responsibility of Destillazores.

The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.

The User acknowledges that any content contained in the advertisement, Spotlight, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by copyright and related rights laws., by laws relating to industrial property and other property protection laws, therefore, any use of these contents can only take place under the express authorization of the respective owners..

The User undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the previous number, namely, abstaining from any acts that may violate the law or those rights., such as reproduction, the commercialization, the transmission or making available to the public of these contents or any other unauthorized acts that have as their object the same contents.

The computerized processing of collected data is carried out in compliance with the Law 67/98 from 26 of October, on Personal Data Protection, and they are intended for the processing of orders and communication with Customers, processing of requests for information and possible complaints and statistical analysis.

Loja Destillazores will not transmit the personal data provided by the Customer to third parties.
